Vesterheim is a welcoming and culturally active group.  We participate in Trollheim's annual Christmas Fair and we have a booth at the Scandinavian Midsummer Festival in Golden.  The crafts we sell at the Christmas Fair are made by women  in  our  Crafts  Group.   Vesterheim women meet second Mondays at host homes for socializing and optional handwork at Handarbeider.  Our Book Club meets monthly to discuss works by Scandinavian authors.   We help the city out on Jay Road with a biannual Spring & Fall Clean-up. Each year we participate in the Lights of December Parade in downtown Boulder, hold a Christmas Party, celebrate the 17 Mai Norwegian holiday,  have a Summer Picnic and a Local Brewery Party.

Come visit us at one of our monthly General Meetings, where there is always good food and an interesting program.

We welcome all of Norwegian descent, and also those who have an interest in Scandinavian culture or heritage.   You  do not need to be Norwegian to participate or join,  just a genuine interest in all things Scandinavian!
